產品售出後，恕不退貨，除非是産品品質問題（人為損壞不被接納）。

物品必須在收到後 14天內寄回

物品必須附有所有標籤並使用原包裝

得知您收到了有缺陷的產品，我們深感遺憾。在購買後 7天內發送電子郵件至nardoshands@gmail.com，並附上故障產品的圖片，我們將與您聯繫以解決問題。

退貨處理時間

我們會盡快處理您的退貨，在收到退還的商品退還後，我們會在1-3個工作天內處理您的退款。如果您在退回商品 3天后仍未獲得退款，請通過nardoshands@gmail.com與我們聯繫，並提供退貨收據中的郵資信息證明，我們將對此進行進一步調查。

Returns Policy

After the product is sold, it will not be returned unless it is a product quality problem（Artificial damage is not accepted）.

Such as product quality problems（If the product has signs of damage, dirt, damage to metal parts）:

**Any returns costs will be at your own expense, unless there is a quality issue.

We are sorry to hear you have received a faulty product. No problem! Send our customer service team an email within 14 days of purchase at nardoshands@gmail.com, with images of the faulty product and we will be in touch to resolve the issue.

Return Process Time

We aim to process your return as soon as possible, but on occasions it may take up to 1-3 days for your refund to be processed after you have returned your item(s) to us. If you have not been refunded after 14 days of returning the item(s), please contact us at nardoshands@gmail.com  with the proof of postage information from your return carrier receipt and we will investigate this further.

Track the Return Status

As soon as your return has been received by our warehouse team you will receive an email notification. You will then also receive an email from us to say your refund has been processed. Please note it can take 3-5 working days for the payment to show in your account, depending on the card issuer.

All leather handmade products use genuine vegetable tanned leather. If the leather surface encounters heavy rain, or alcohol-based liquids, discoloration may occur. In order to maintain the original quality of the leather and the effect that the leather will become darker with time, the products will not be used the waterproof liquid and Lacquer.
